The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Explorer (IJMRE), published by Academics Achievers Education and Research Foundation, India, is committed to maintaining transparency, academic integrity, and ethical publishing practices. This policy establishes the principles governing advertising and direct marketing activities associated with the journal.
IJMRE aims to maintain an independent and impartial academic publishing environment. Advertising activities, if accepted, must not compromise the journal's editorial independence, peer-review process, or scholarly content.
IJMRE may consider advertisements relevant to the academic and research community, including:
Academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and scholarly events.
Academic books, educational resources, and research-related publications.
Research tools, scholarly software, and academic services.
Educational programs and other legitimate academic opportunities.
All advertisements are subject to review and approval by the journal's authorized management representative. IJMRE reserves the right to reject or remove advertisements that are misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the journal's academic values.
The journal's authorized management representative is responsible for reviewing and approving advertising proposals. Advertising decisions are made independently of the editorial team and do not influence manuscript submission, peer review, acceptance, rejection, or publication decisions.
Advertisers have no authority over editorial content, reviewer selection, editorial decisions, or the publication process.
If advertisements are displayed on the IJMRE website or in other journal-related materials, they will be clearly distinguishable from editorial and scholarly content.
Advertisements may be displayed in designated areas of the website or through other appropriate arrangements. Any placement based on content relevance or reader interests will be managed transparently. IJMRE does not permit advertisers to influence scholarly content or editorial decisions through targeted advertising arrangements.
Advertising revenue, sponsorship, or other commercial arrangements, if applicable, will remain entirely separate from editorial decision-making. The presence or absence of advertising will have no bearing on the evaluation or publication of submitted manuscripts.
IJMRE is committed to conducting all direct marketing and promotional activities in a professional, transparent, and responsible manner. Communications directed toward authors, reviewers, editors, institutions, and readers must be accurate, relevant, and respectful.
IJMRE may invite researchers and scholars to submit manuscripts that fall within the journal's stated aims and scope. Such invitations must be appropriate, professionally worded, and directed toward relevant academic communities.
Manuscript solicitation must not involve misleading claims, excessive messaging, or pressure on researchers to submit their work. Invitations to submit manuscripts do not guarantee acceptance or preferential treatment during peer review.
All promotional communications issued on behalf of IJMRE must provide truthful and verifiable information about the journal, its publisher, editorial team, peer-review process, publication frequency, indexing status, publication fees, and other relevant publishing services.
IJMRE will not make misleading claims regarding indexing, impact factors, acceptance rates, review timelines, or publication guarantees. Any references to indexing services or journal metrics must reflect the journal's actual and current status.
Direct marketing and promotional activities may include:
Official journal email communications.
Announcements on the journal's official website.
Academic mailing lists and scholarly networks, where appropriate.
Professional social media channels and academic platforms.
Calls for papers and announcements of special issues or academic events.
Communications will be relevant to their intended recipients and conducted in a manner that respects professional standards and applicable communication requirements.
IJMRE will avoid excessive, repetitive, or intrusive promotional communications. The journal will make reasonable efforts to ensure that communications are appropriately targeted and that requests to discontinue promotional messages are respected.
Promotional activities must not misrepresent the journal's services, create artificial urgency, or place undue pressure on potential authors.
All marketing and solicitation activities will remain separate from editorial decisions. Participation in promotional activities, responding to a call for papers, or expressing interest in publishing with IJMRE will not provide any advantage during manuscript evaluation.
Every submitted manuscript will be assessed according to the journal's established editorial policies and peer-review procedures.
The journal's management is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Advertising and Direct Marketing Policy. Any concerns regarding advertising practices, promotional communications, or misleading representations made on behalf of IJMRE may be reported to the editorial office.
IJMRE reserves the right to revise this policy when necessary to reflect changes in publishing practices, applicable requirements, and the journal's operational procedures.
