Abstract

This study aims to describe strategic management in implementing the “free learning-free campus” policy in Private Catholic colleges using an exploration framework and SWOT analysis to find out whether private Catholic colleges can take advantage of the available opportunities. The results of this study indicate that the result of calculating the score from the SWOT identification of the element of strength (S) is greater than the score of weakness (W) with a difference of 7 points. Opportunity (O) is also higher than a threat (T) with a difference of 6 points. The overall score of the program is 13, which means that the implementation of the “free learning-free campus” policy regarding education and teaching to realize student learning rights will have better opportunities. high enough to succeed. Based on this, the strategy that can be used is the improvement and development strategy.
