Abstract

Democracy is one of the necessary and sufficient conditions for the Communist Party of Vietnam’s propaganda work to be truly effective. In the face of increasingly complicated developments in the domestic and international situation, it is very important and necessary to be aware of and clearly identify the factors affecting the implementation of democracy in the Party’s propaganda work. Therefore, within the scope of this article, the author focuses on analyzing the objective and subjective factors affecting the implementation of democracy in the Party’s propaganda work in current period.
